I began my career in real estate in 1999, starting as a part-time receptionist with Moore, Warfield, and Glick, a local real estate brokerage. Through dedication and a passion for the industry, I advanced through various roles and earned my real estate salesperson's license in 2004. After several years as a licensed assistant, I transitioned to the Coastal Association of REALTORS® in 2008, where I served as the MLS Director and later as the Education Director.

In 2017, I returned to real estate sales and brokerage services, and today, I hold an Associate Broker license in the state of Maryland. I have earned multiple industry designations, including the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), as well as certifications such as e-Pro, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD). In 2021, I graduated from the Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy.

Currently, I serve on the 2023 Coastal Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and serve on several committees for the Coastal Association of Realtors and Maryland Realtors.
